Job Description: You will take on all aspects of business development, using your excellent communication skills to develop existing and new relationships, building up a real understanding of your clients’ business needs and providing workable solutions. You will also look for new ways of building relationships with quality candidates, advising them of their options and delivering against their expectations. In addition you will use your experience to advise and assist more junior members of your team. You'll be working with the huge client base our team has been building for over 15 years - ranging from designers to agency production - and everything in between.
Experience required: If you have design industry know-how and excellent skills in business development and account management we have a new challenge for you. We need someone who is highly motivated and a team player, and has a successful background in recruitment.
