Job Description: You will have total responsibility for this new super-office in the City. You will be involved in the start-up and the role will develop to include ensuring correct staffing levels plus training, retention and motivation of the new staff and managers. You will promote a consultative approach in order to ensure that, not only are your consultants delivering against expectations, but that they are also providing expert advice with a strong solution focus. In order to ensure the on-going development of consultants, you will work to identify training and other needs and provide the necessary support and assistance. You will use your business acumen to make the most of your resources, maximise productivity and deliver profitable results.
Experience required: The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager with a good understanding of what is required to develop a harmonious, productive team and a proven track record of successful team billing. Ongoing training and support will be given to assist you towards an even greater understanding of your markets. Previous experience of management should include identifying training needs, coaching consultants, strategic planning and responsibility for your own Profit and Loss Accounts. Applicants should be hard working with excellent communication and relationship-building skills and the ability to ensure that consultants develop their own consistency of revenue generation. Candidates must be of strong character with a real desire to build and develop relationships and must have the ability to develop new business as well as the capability to promote the company's services to prospective clients.
